Blaencwmbychan (BCB as we refer to it !)

first a little about the house....
Bought in December 2008 as a renovation project

Blaencwmbychan is a classic Welsh farmhouse built in 1758. It is situated overlooking the Cothi Valley and the Towy Valley below that. BCB for short !! it means Blaen(head of) Cwm (Valley) Bychan(small)...so head of the small valley, and thats exactly where it sits.

The views are spectacular..The Western edge of the Brecon Beacons to the East, The Towy Valley below.
Dryslwyn Castle is visible in the valley below, and Paxton's Tower on the other side of the valley..
Llandeilo castle(Dinefwr) is visible to the East, and beyond that (with a good pair of binoculars) is Carreg Cennen.

For Reference here is as it is now (summer 2013), with the rooms marked. They'r named after our kids, but are used as needed and available !!
